Delivery and Quality Issues
From time to time issues do arise but no need to worry. We will always lookout for our customers, Weather it be the shipping company turning your package into a speed bump and trying to pass their mess-up along or simply never delivering, all the way to fitment issues with other brands (All parts are 100% Mil-Spec) but trust us this unfortunately happens, Regardless we are here to fix any and all issues that may arise. Please allow and additional 3 business days for delivery issues as both the post office and UPS will not allow a case to be opened until they recognize the delivery issue.
You may return all new, Unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No Questions asked. Items passed the 30 day mark will be handled on a case by case basis.
You should expect to receive your refund within a 2 week of your package being received by us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund as soon as same day. This time period allows us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 5 business days).
