What are the age restrictions?
You must be 18 years or older to buy ALL Firearms or Ammunition related items.
To purchase a rifle, you must be 18 years or older. To purchase a pistol, rifle lower, or a stripped receiver you must be 21 years or older. Please consult your local law enforcement regarding any other restrictions. If a purchase is made and your FFL dealer is unable to transfer the firearm, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee.
Can my order be shipped to my house?
Yes. Unless you order an FFL controlled item (Stripped lower, Rifle or Pistol) we ship direct to your house.
What is required to complete at build kit?
If purchasing a complete build kit you will receive an complete upper receiver with bolt carrier group and charging handle, lower parts kits and stock or pistol tube assembly. 
This kit will NOT include a lower receiver 
You will need to use an existing stripped lower or an 80% lower to complete the firearm.
I am unable to buy a complete gun from a gun store, Can I buy one of your kits?
No. All federal and local laws apply 
How do I track my order? Where is my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, an email with your tracking number is sent to the email address associated with the order. If you did not receive your tracking number please check your spam filter settings. For registered users order information, including tracking, can be found by logging in with your user name and password and viewing your purchase history.
What is the return policy?
Orders returned within 30 days of order will be excepted for return but subject to a 15% restocking fee and minus shipping. Orders older then 30 days will be considered final. Returns must be unused and in the same condition as shipped.
ALL FFL Firearms sales are final.
Does Ghost Firearms have a warranty?
All items have a one year warranty and will be shipped to our warehouse on the customers expense and once the defective items have been determined to in fact due to quality issues will be refunded the full cost of shipping and have the item replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer. Items that are determined to be at no fault to quality will be assessed and the customer will be contacted for a repair estimate.
Can I pick my order up or visit the shop?  
We unfortunately do not have a storefront and due to our ITAR and FFL requirements we do not allow individuals onsite. Sorry for the inconvenience.
